We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number & confirmation email) is required for all returns.
- We do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our support team with your order details.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- If the product is returned in a non-resalable condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued instead.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
We take fraud seriously and have strict policies in place to prevent abuse:
- Chargeback Fraud: Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full proof of delivery, order confirmation, and tracking records. Banks that receive excessive fraudulent claims may take legal action against the claimant.
- Return Fraud: Items that do not match the original order (e.g., different products, missing parts, used/damaged items) will be denied a refund. Customers attempting fraudulent returns may be permanently banned from future purchases.
- Excessive Returns: If a customer repeatedly returns items without valid reasons, we reserve the right to deny future refunds or purchases.
- Lost or Stolen Returns: We are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed.
- Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order, as we cannot update addresses after checkout.
